PHOTO & VIDEO PROJECT: If your brand prioritizes editing style over model professionalism, we allocate the budget toward the creative team and equipment. Alternatively, if a professional model is your focus with simpler editing requirements, the budget is directed towards securing the ideal model and equipment.
EDITING: Every edit has its unique style and objective. We deeply respect the value we bring to your project, ensuring it aligns with your investment. We guide you in finding the perfect balance between your desired editing style and the allocated budget.
We offer a range of cameras, lenses, and even drones to suit your project’s needs. Rest assured, our team will handle the technical specifications, providing the equipment necessary for a high-quality production.
To initiate the production process, payment and date confirmation are required at least 7 days before the photoshoot take place. Secure your date by paying in advance, and we have to receive your product at least 1 week before the shoot. Note that our services do not cover model rates, makeup artists, or model transportation.
Costs for venues and properties, such as villas, are additional and not covered by our services. Clients are responsible for these expenses.
While our custom packages may include models, they are not certified models but individuals with a passion for photography, like influencers. So the professional model will be an extra. You can choose packages based on hours of service, with a minimum of 2, 4, and 8 hours.
To secure a model for your project, we present available options. If none suits your requirements, we conduct a casting. It’s essential to book at least 1 month prior or a maximum of 2 weeks before the photoshoot/video shoot if the model have many variations from ages, size, and gender.
To secure a date, payment for our package is required. After payment, we provide a list of available models, properties, etc. Once you make your choices, we calculate the total and send a separate invoice for models and properties, due 7 days before the scheduled date.
For each hour of service you book, you’ll need to pay the model at least 1 extra hour to cover makeup preparation. For example, if you book a 4-hour photoshoot, you’ll pay the model for 5 hours.
Our specialized team includes a creative director, videographer, and photographer, each excelling in their respective fields. We ensure diverse expertise for distinct projects, such as product photography and wedding shoots.
Video delivery is facilitated through a collaborative platform where you can offer feedback precisely at timestamped moments. The approved video is then securely sent to you via a safe cloud platform.
Photos are delivered through a secure cloud platform, ensuring a safe and convenient way for you to access and review your images.
Book personal photography or videography at least 7 days in advance to secure your preferred date.
Please inform us at least 4 days before the photoshoot for rescheduling. Cancellations made will incur a 50% charge on the refund.
